Orlaith Rafter, Communications and Media Coach at Corporate Stage has vast experience working in both corporate and media circles, with a wide variety of high profile clients from politicians, sports pundits, professional athletes, TV, radio and news presenters, TED speakers, lawyers and a variety of business leaders from all disciplines. Orlaith has a background in performance with 18 years experience in television, theatre and film; as a performer, director, producer, writer and coach. She is also one of Ireland’s top voiceover artists for campaigns such as Bank of Ireland, PrePayPower, Galaxy Chocolate, Arnotts and Kerrygold's Irish voice for their nationwide American advert campaign.
As a voice and presentations Coach she has trained with Fitzmaurice Voice Technique, Bristol Old Vic; RADA; Gaiety School of Acting and LIR Trinity College. As an executive coach she holds an Advanced Diploma in Personal Leadership& Executive Coaching with Kingstown College in Dublin. She has also studied as a master trainer with Carr Communications; The Coaching Academy and IMI.
Under her brand Corporate Stage she collaborates with organisations as a communications, executive leadership and personal development coach. Orlaith specialises in assisting individuals with delivering high impact presentations and delivers bespoke coaching with focus on voice and body language training; building confidence and gravitas, and enhancing and developing executive presence.
